Michael Fox is a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser working in Westchester County and NYC. He is the principal appraiser for Michael Fox Appraisal. Michael’s valuation experience ranges from appraising a studio apartment in a cooperative interest complex to appraising a $25 million dollar, fifty-acre estate.
Working in the real estate and property development industry has been Michael’s passion and profession for over 20 years. He began his career as a carpenter and contractor, and also has experience as a project manager for an architecture/engineering firm. Michael studied Architecture for two years at the Boston Architectural Center in Boston, MA. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA. Michael is an associate member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute.
Michael is committed to creating and encouraging professional relationships through conversation and partnership with other real estate personnel and lay people alike. His integrity, professionalism, and expertise are so respected that he presents on different appraisal topics to area real estate agencies.
Michael lives a busy life in Tarrytown, NY with his family. He loves to play golf and is passionate about acting.
